Reese’s Cheese Ball – Easy Peanut Butter Dessert Recipe

A no-bake dessert cheese ball made with cream cheese, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.

  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 3/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cuppeanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cupbutterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cupchopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/4 cupchopped salted peanuts (optional)
  • Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate or syrup, for garnish)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.
  3. Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped Reese’s.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Unwrap the ball and roll it in the remaining chips, chopped Reese’s, and peanuts.
  6. Drizzle generously with melted chocolate or syrup.
  7. Serve chilled with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for easy mixing.
Can be made 1–2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
Use gluten-free dippers for a gluten-free version.
