A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, baked with crescent rolls for a comforting meal.

For the Crust:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the dough. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
- Fold any excess dough over the filling. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
