A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, baked with crescent rolls for a comforting meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
  2. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the dough. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Fold any excess dough over the filling. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
