  • 2 medium yellow squash or zucchini, thinly sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 35 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Set oven temperature to 220°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Place thinly sliced squash in a single, even layer on the prepared tray.
  4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the slices.
  5. Distribute grated Parmesan cheese uniformly across the seasoned squash.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the squash is tender and the cheese is golden and crisp.
  7. Present warm as a savoury vegetable accompaniment.
