Delicious mini pies filled with spiced apples and drizzled with salted caramel for a perfect sweet treat.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 4–6 tablespoons ice water
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles to fit mini pie tins. Press dough into tins and trim edges.
- In another bowl, toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Fill pie crusts with apple mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden and apples are tender.
- Drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.
