For the Crust:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Divide the cooked sausage and shredded cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese in each muffin cup, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
