Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Cups

A delicious and easy breakfast option with sausage, eggs, and cheese baked in muffin cups for a portable meal.

For the Crust:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Divide the cooked sausage and shredded cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese in each muffin cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
