Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

Buttery crust topped with sausage gravy, creamy eggs, and cheeses for a satisfying breakfast favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough
  • 1 package cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 envelope country gravy mix
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 115 grams shredded pepper Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a round pizza pan and arrange the crescent roll dough triangles in a circle, pressing seams firmly to seal and form an even crust. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Prepare country gravy according to package instructions. Fold in cooked sausage crumbles and mix until evenly incorporated. Set aside, keeping warm.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until just softly set with a creamy texture.
  4. Spread warm sausage gravy evenly over the baked crust. Distribute scrambled eggs over the gravy. Sprinkle both shredded cheddar and pepper Jack cheese over the eggs.
  5. Return to oven and bake for 5–10 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbling, and eggs are fully set.
  6. Allow pizza to rest for several minutes to set. Slice as desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush melted butter along the crust before the second bake.
