Sparkling Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Truffles

Rich chocolate truffles infused with warm pumpkin spice and coated in sparkling sugar for a festive treat.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sparkling sugar or coarse sugar for coating

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat cream in small saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat.
  2. Pour hot cream over chocolate in bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Whisk in pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 2-3 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Roll each ball in sparkling sugar to coat completely.
  6. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
