How to Make Perfect Spicy Sizzling Beef with Vegetables at Home

A sizzling hot beef stir-fry loaded with fresh vegetables and a kick of spice, perfect for a quick home-cooked meal.

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the remaining oil and stir-fry garlic, onion, and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the beef to the wok, add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until sizzling.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Best served over steamed rice. Ensure the beef is freshly sliced for maximum tenderness.
