  • 1 cuppink buttercream frosting
  • Heart and round sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
  6. Shape into balls and place in muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Fill with strawberry jam and pipe pink buttercream on top.
