Scale
  • 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • ¼ cupunsalted butter
  • 2 tsphoney

  • ½ tspblack pepper
  • ¼ cupchicken broth
  • 1 tbspchopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Pour chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits for flavor.
  5. Add the prepared butter mixture to the skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Let simmer for another 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the butter mixture.
Use boneless chicken thighs for a juicier variation.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
Double the sauce if you like it extra saucy.
