  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Crackers or bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie wheel in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
