For the Crust:
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and cooked through. Remove from heat and break into chunks.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make the spicy sauce.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish chunks on each tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with the sriracha lime sauce and serve with lime wedges.
